Tue - We did questions involving conversions together as a class...Pg. 11 #8abc.  Assigned Pg. 11 #9,12,13,19 and Pg. 15 #1,2,4.  DUE NEXT CLASS.
Wed - Ch. 1.3 - Relating SI and Imperial Units.  We did a few conversions and then I assigned Pg. 22 #4ace, 5ac, 6ac, 8, 11.  DUE NEXT CLASS.
Thur - Mini-Lesson on Pythagorean Theorem and How to determine Square Roots.
Fri - Continued yesturday's mini-lesson.  Students worked on 3 Worksheets involving Pythagorean Theorem and Determining Square Roots.  DUE NEXT CLASS.

Mon - worksheets on inductive reasoning and Conjectures are due next class.
Tue - We started correcting the worksheets that students did yesturday.  They then worked on completing them.  DUE NEXT CLASS.
Wed - Read examples of Counter-examples to Conjectures.  Assigned Pg. 22 #1,3,4,5,8,13.  DUE NEXT CLASS.
Thur - We corrected the last assignment (Conjectures and Counter Examples) together as a class.  No assignment.

Mon - discussed Privacy and Internet Safety (notes).
Tue - Read notes together as a class on the "5 Ws of Cyber Space".  We then started an assignment of applying the 5 Ws to a Website of choice.  Will continue next class.
Wed - continued working on the 5 Ws of Cyber Space Assignment.  It was due at the end of the class.

Fri - Fun Friday - students researched the the NHL Lockout where they have to pick a stance and build a poster.
